Before You Install This Kit, Read the Following Instructions

Verify that you understand the Copyright statement and License agreement before using this release.
Review the JDK 6.0-3 Release Notes for New Features and Installation Instructions, and the User Guide for "Getting started," "Setting up the Java environment," "Troubleshooting," and other information.
Download the JDK 6.0-3 kit.

Note: On OpenVMS systems, there are some real differences running the SDK that could trip you up! Please read Known Issues in the Release Notes, and "Interpreting commands and OpenVMS Operating System differences" and the following topics in the User Guide, for critical usage information that will save you time and effort:

Note: The SDK has a minimum required value for Pgflquota of 196608 blocks (192 MB), as described in "Setting process quotas for better performance on OpenVMS" in the User Guide.
